Stephen Moon of Venturn Ltd will be address the IoD West Midlands regional members where he will be speaking about his top tips for business turnarounds. As an experienced turnaround practitioner and company doctor, Stephen has many years of valuable knowledge for helping businesses in distress either through market decline, or rapid growth. Stephen will talk about creating a turnaround plan, managing cash flow, keeping people informed, and executing the plan. He will include his top tips for business turnaround which can be applied to any business. Case studies and real examples will be included within the presentation.
